We recommend you wear comfortable clothes and shoes, wear a cap or hat, and sunglasses:

  • Bathing suit and towel, plus a set of dry clothes
  • Biodegradable sunscreen and insect repellent
  • We also recommend you bring snacks for the road

The itinerary may change without prior notice, that is, the order of visits to the places, the time of the meal may also change.

Please note that, depending on your package, the visit only includes access to one cenote.

Extra or oversized luggage is not permitted.

Mandatory use of life jackets: All visitors entering the cenote area must wear a life jacket, even if they are just taking photos or observing. This is mandatory for safety due to the slippery terrain, humidity, and depth. Life jackets can be rented on-site for an additional fee.

The use of video cameras in Chichen Itzá is subject to an additional charge that is paid at the ticket office located at the entrance of the archaeological zone.
